Delivery time. We ship within 1 working day of receiving your payment, with PostNL. In the Netherlands the device usually arrives within 1 to 3 working days, in other EU countries within 3 to 7 working days.

Cooling-off period. As a consumer you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason. You then return the device complete; the cost of the return shipment is yours. Read how it works on the page right of withdrawal and returns.

Warranty. 24-month manufacturer’s warranty from AirTeq B.V., on top of your statutory rights.
