Right of withdrawal and returns

As a consumer you have fourteen days to change your mind. This is how it works. The full arrangement is in article 6 of the terms and conditions.

Fourteen days to change your mind

You may withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason within 14 days of the day on which you, or someone you have designated for this, received the product. If you bought several devices in one order that are delivered separately, the period starts on the day you receive the last device.

How to withdraw

Within those 14 days, send us a clear statement that you are withdrawing from the purchase, by email to support@airteq.eu or by post to AirTeq B.V., Pascalweg 2a, 4104 BG Culemborg, the Netherlands. Quote your order number. You may use the model form below, but you don't have to. We confirm your withdrawal by email.

Returning the product

• Return the product as soon as possible, and in any case within 14 days of your withdrawal, to AirTeq B.V., Pascalweg 2a, 4104 BG Culemborg, the Netherlands.
• Send everything back: device, adapter, cable and stand, preferably in the original packaging.
• The cost of the return shipment is yours. From the Netherlands that is about 7 euros, from other EU countries about 15 to 25 euros, depending on the carrier.
• Pack the device well and keep the proof of postage. Until the parcel reaches us, the return shipment is at your risk.

Trying it out is fine, using it has a price

During the cooling-off period you may unpack the device, connect it and try it out as you would be allowed to in a shop, to judge whether it is what you expected. If you use it more than is necessary for that, for instance by putting it into service for weeks, we may deduct the resulting loss in value from the amount we refund.

Refund

We refund everything you paid, including the outbound shipping costs, within 14 days of your withdrawal, using the same payment method you used to pay. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product or until you have shown that you have sent it.

Business orders

The right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. If you order on behalf of a company or organisation, article 17 of the terms and conditions applies and you cannot cancel the order after payment.

Faulty, or a complaint? That is something else

If the device does not work as it should, you don't need to withdraw. Then the 24-month warranty and your statutory right to a sound product apply. Email support@airteq.eu with your order number and a description; we send a return label if the device needs to come to us. See article 7 and article 8 of the terms.
